SquashRx
SquashRx was started in 2013 at a single court in MIdtown at 70 West 36th Street originally built by the avid player and patron of squash, Stephen L. Green. The program was initially aimed at giving competitive juniors more access to court time and coaching. Through word of mouth it soon became clear that people of all ages and ability levels were looking for more opportunities to play squash. SquashRx's unique open reservation model followed and their second facility opened at 160 Broadway in the Financial District in 2019. In 2023 a New Canaan location was launched at the 4-court St. Luke's School squash facility. SquashRx currently serves thriving junior and adult communities and hopes to continue to help grow the sport of squash in NYC and beyond.
